Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days within India after the order has been processed and shipped. During peak seasons or sale events, delivery may take up to 15 business days.

Shipping Rates Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout, or offered free of charge as indicated on the product page or active promotions.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Multiple Items If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately and could arrive on different dates. This does not affect your total charge.

Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Vastre is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately at novabazaarsupport@gmail.com before the order is shipped if you need to make a change.

Lost or Stolen Packages Vastre is not liable for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the courier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly and reach out to us for assistance.
